Ovex Suspension Banana Flavoured Family Pack kills threadworms (Enterobius Vermicularis) with a single dose. However, it may not destroy their eggs, which can cause re-infection and also infect other people.
It is therefore strongly recommended that all members of the family are treated with Ovex Suspension Banana at the same time and that precautions are taken to prevent re-infection.
This threadworm treatment is designed with a tasty banana flavour for babies and infants.
Ovex Suspension Banana Family Pack should not be given to children younger than two years of age, unless recommended by your doctor. Always tell your pharmacist if you are taking any other medicine because some drugs should not be taken together. If you are taking a cimetidine(a medicine used to treat stomach acidity), then you should check with your doctor before taking this medicine. If you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, you should also check with your doctor before taking Ovex Suspension Banana.

Used on kids 3,6 & 10, all took it without complaint (it smells like the banana foam sweets). It comes with a little measuring cup but I used a calpol syringe instead as this is what they're used to and means the taste doesn't linger on the tongue.
