Each tablet contains (average): %RDA Glucosamine Sulphate 500mg Of which: Free Glucosamine (from shellfish) 390mg, Chondroitin Sulphate 400mg, Vitamin C 100mg, 125 Manganese 2mg 100, Turmeric (Curcuma longa) powder equivalent 100mg, Hyluronic acid 55mg, RDA: EC Recommended Daily Allowance: RDA Not Yet Established

Usage / Instructions

Directions for taking HealthAid Osteoflex Plus Tablets:

Adults and children over 12 years of age: One to two tablets daily with a main meal.
Do not exceed recommended daily intake unless advised by a suitably qualified person.

Ingredients

HealthAid Osteoflex Plus Tablets contains:

Glucosamine Sulphate (2KCl), Chondroitin Sulphate, Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose, di-calcium phosphate, maltodextrin), Vitamin C (ascorbic acid), Glazing Agent [polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), hydroxy propyl methyl cellulose (HPMC)], Hyaluronic Acid, Anti-caking Agent (veg. magnesium stearate), Curcumin 10:1 Extract, Manganese Sulphate. May contain traces of porcine.

I have been taking health aid dayvit probio for the last three weeks and after suffering from constant diarrhea for almost a year with a cycle of four days break every two weeks, this one a day tablet has put an instant stop to my suffering. I have had a normal tummy for three weeks and counting.. I highly recommend Healthaid Osteoflex Plus for anyone who has inflammatory bowel conditions,

Osteoflex plus is even better than Osteoflex if you wake up stiff and struggle to get downstairs first thing, try this �?? it makes a HUGE difference! Not for people with shellfish allergy I guess, but fine for everyone else. And at this site its actually cheaper. Go for it!
